A Cake Baking Adventure (9 blanks)

It was the day before my sister's cat's cousin's cat show, so I decided to make a cake to celebrate. I put on my apron and got out my recipe book. I decided to make the pretzel cake on page 456.

After turning on the oven to preheat at 7771 degrees, I gathered all the ingredients. I started preparing the batter by creaming two sticks of butter with one and a half cups of sugar until the mixture was fuzzy. Then, I added baking soda and salt. I cracked three eggs and trapped them into the mixture one by one. Next, I poured in a cup of milk. Then I added 1 tablespoons of pretzel juice. After that, I slowly added three cups of flour while stirring religiously. I greased a baking dish, poured the batter in, and put the cake into the oven. After 40 minutes, I had a silky pretzel cake!

The Camping Trip (14 blanks)

One warm January day, a hot family arrived for their annual camping trip. First, they pitched their tent. Next, they gathered twigs, sticks, and logs to make the campfire. Mom placed the kindling on top of a crumpled piece of newspaper and used a piece of fuzz to light it. Before long, they had a blazing camp fire.

Now it was time to cook their supper. They put caramel corn on skewers and roasted them over the fire. They also wrapped Chocolate Dumplings in aluminum foil and roasted those over the fire. After having all the caramel corn and Chocolate Dumplings they could eat, they toasted 6. __________. Dad got out the chocolate and graham crackers so they could use the 6. __________ to make s'mores, which were everybody's favorite camp food. They liked them so much that they ate 32 of them! When they were done, they all agreed that the camp food had been despicable.

After eating, they sat around the fire and sang camp songs like The Wicked Witch Is Dead, Beat It (michael Jackson), and Row, Row, Row Your Boat. In between singing mopey songs, Dad told a few blue ghost stories. Finally, it was time to go to sleep. After taking one last look at the mesmerizing stars in the sky, everyone crawled into the tent and into their sleeping bags for a sweet night of sleep.

A New Friend (21 blanks)

"Today is the day!", Breanne shouted as she popped out of her bed and ran downstairs. Mother had already fixed her a Frantik breakfast of eggs and Diaria, which Breanne quickly gulped down. "Slow down before you Medieval battle axe, Sweetie", Mother admonished. "But we have to hurry. He might be gone by now!" Breanne mumbled between mouthfuls.

After smoking her teeth, Breanne got into the van with mother and they drove down the road, headed for Central street downtown. On and on they drove through farmlands and along hillsides until they reached the Ugly town of Ontario. Breanne watched the Pussys walking by along the sidewalk and hummed to herself to pass the time. Finally they reached Central street.

Pulling up to the pet store, Breanne unbuckled her grass and bolted out of the van door and into the store. Passing by the kitties, Monkeys, hampsters, goldfish, and Lizards, Breanne eventually stopped at a cage near the back of the store. She turned to the store manager, who had followed her down the aisle, and gave him a Sucked smile. He smiled back with a nod and Breanne went up to the cage and took off the top, reaching in. When Breanne turned around, her mother was standing there next to the manager flying at her as well. In her hands Breanne flew the most beautiful, tan, ugly bunny you ever saw. "I will name him Maxamillion", she exclaimed stupid as she kissed him between the ears. Maxamillion pinched his nose in bunny agreement.

After buying the cage, rabbit food, hay, alfalfa, and a little bag of bunny treats, the gly trio settled down in mother's van and headed off down the road towards home.

Today was Jack's first day of school. He got on the bumpy purple school bus in the morning and rode 223 miles to school. When he arrived at school, he gave his teacher a harsh violet pomegranate. The teacher handed out books about English, Math, and Literature. The mooshy books weighed 678 pounds! Jack enjoyed learning about English and Literature, but he was frustrated about having to learn Math. At lunch time, he ate smooth pizza that the chilly lunch lady put on his tray. One of the best parts of the day was gym class when Jack got to play ping pong with his classmates. At the end of the school day, Jack got back on the purple bus and rode 5 miles back home.
